One-off or regular donations go straight to unit operations. Donations over $2 are tax deductible.
Sponsor the unit
Put your business behind the crews who keep local boaters safe, with recognition on this site and at our events.
Host a fundraiser
Run a BBQ, host a trivia night, or nominate us as your club’s charity of choice. Call the base on (02) 4907 8200 to talk it through.
Return & Earn
Recycle your eligible bottles and cans through Return and Earn and send the refund straight to Marine Rescue Newcastle — no extra cost to you, no cash handling.
- Open the Return and Earn app and select Charities.
- Search for Marine Rescue Newcastle and select the campaign “Marine Rescue Newcastle – Help Save Lives on the Water”.
- Select Set as payout.
Your active payout will then show the Marine Rescue logo — every container you scan from then on sends its refund straight to the unit.
Every dollar keeps the crews on the water.
